I visited Screw fix, the staff seem disjointed and unable to function as a team! One young lad chose to misjudge me as not being a professional businessman because I was wearing overalls! Its obvious the staff are not of the opinion, respect for the customer, gains custom! I was served a cold coffee at the trade counter which is meant to be a perk for literally taking trade to screwfix! The store manager is non responsive...
